After several year of collaboration on projects Franklin & Zaldivar Architecture and Planning, PLLC., was established in 2016 by Paul Franklin, AIA and Carlos Zaldivar, B of Arch. As a response to the demands from our local community to do more than accomplishing good results and a project well done, we strive to provide and deliver cost efficient architectural services based on US Green Building practices.
One of our first projects together was a pro-bono effort where we designed and produced the Construction Documents (CDs) for a local Women's Aid Center, at a nearby church in San Antonio, TX. Since that time we have collaborated on various residential and small commercial projects.Paul and Carlos have over 30 years of combined work experience in various states, participating in the design and development of projects that vary from small residences to large 200,000+ SF University buildings and Airport Terminals.
